Really, a Blog?

Why are we here?

  1. We’ve had quite a few people in our circles say, “We need to talk to you about camping sometime so we can learn from you.” Yet, our schedules never seem to match. We’ve even had coworkers walk past our house and stop to ask questions. Here’s everyone’s chance to catch up!
  2. We spent all winter excitedly prepping for and waiting on our new fifth wheel to come in after looking at them for months. We loved learning and becoming engaged in the RV communities and Facebook groups. We are passionate about helping people with the knowledge we already had after owning 4 travel trailers.
  3. The Keystone Cougar 316RLS is our THIRD NEW Keystone RV product and Keystone RV was looking for ambassadors this spring. We thought it would be fun to be able to reach out to others for an RV brand we love. However, when we went to apply we realized they were looking for ambassadors with an online social media presence that we certainly lacked. Did we have a serious online presence in time for the deadline? Nope. We had basically nothing but an entire file years long of our adventures in Google Photos.
  4. We both felt strongly like this was something God was leading us into. Pushing us a bit (more like significantly) out of our comfort zones. We tend to be fairly private people and aren’t consistent social media posters. We’re not yet certain the “why” at this point, but we will keep praying about it and plan to encourage others we meet along the way.

What our are goals?

We hope to build community, share ideas, and create some helpful posts or videos to pay it forward for all those who have helped us along the way. There are so many new RVer’s out there (maybe even you) that want to have the skills to be a confident camper and are willing to learn like we have. We also like to encourage others in their journeys! This blog is more like the hub of our posts and information so people (like you) can search for items you are interested in. Thanks for coming along with us!
